Never had a good customer experience here. The phone tone is always rude, blunt and make you feel like you are a nuisance.
Just as bad when you collect prescriptions. Never ready, even five hours after it’s meant to be done. Recently been told a request couldn’t be done and had to go on a waiting list. But then told me the team that work in that department all finish at 3pm so can’t talk to them either! Go figure why they can’t complete requests! I get and fully understand they are busy and rung off their feet but the above is never an excuse for rudeness, bad manners and making you feel worse then when you went in

Located within the Staploe Medical centre, this is a very busy pharmacy linked to the doctors surgery.
There is very often a wait for prescriptions.
The staff are very helpful and friendly even though very busy.
Be prepared to wait.

Since moving to Soham 3 years ago and registering with the practice, I've always been so impressed with the pharmacy, and the opening times are really helpful for anyone on long shifts. What a great team. We're very fortunate to have this pharmacy and the practice in Soham.

Excellent pharmacy. They are always very busy but will always take time to help, whatever the issue is. I've seen people come in here and be very rude to the staff but they always maintain being polite. I am very happy to have this as my local pharmacy. Plus its within the gp surgery so saves 2 separate visits
