Amazing service today, quick, patience and informative. We were helped by 3 different ladies. I can only apologise to the name I couldn’t remember it was around 2pm if that highlights her for commendation but the two I can remember were Diane and Natalie.

I saw Elena at the Stanground surgery today and I can honestly say it was the best blood test I've had (and I've had many) I did not feel the needle go in at all and Elena was lovely too!

Phoned to make an appt for a blood test required prior to hospital Tx. Receptionist was very efficient & polite. Having checked appts for a few days ahead she found and offered a last minute cancellation on the same day. I was seen on time by a very friendly phlebotomy nurse who carried out the blood collection quite painlessly and then, as I walk with two sticks, offered me the use of a back door for easier access to the car park. Thank you for all your help & consideration, it was greatly appreciated.
