From my very first session with Paul (and very first experience of acupuncture) I have found an incredible improvement in finding a mental balance. I had 2 sessions with Paul and felt a difference after both sessions. One was felt on my feet mostly and in the morning it felt a lot better and I could walk more easily and had more flexibility. The other session that I had recently was for my carpal tunnels that are overused at work and the night right after the session I did not experience any numbness in them so this is good. Each session feels personalized and very healing. I always have a little emotional release at home after for some reason which I believe is connected with the energy being unblocked. Paul is very professional and knowledgeable, I recommend him.

Before Paul I was starting to lose hope in regaining my mobility. I was always in pain and and my body would always get stiff. Since I started seeing Paul, I slowly started to regain confidence and dream for a day where I'm painless free. Even though I'm afraid of needles, he made sure for me to be comfortable at all times. He listened to my needs and complied. In Paul I found hope, a friend and little bit of peace.

This has been my first experience of acupuncture and I was pleasantly surprised.
