Sarah is so knowledgeable, experienced and personal. She made me feel empowered about my birth choices and what giving birth could be. Without her guidance I wouldn't have felt informed about my choices nor what questions to ask. She went above and beyond to support me throughout my pregnancy. It was amazing knowing I always had someone to ask questions and get current evidence based and well informed facts alongside reassurance. The information and tools she taught me really helped with the labour and preparation for labour in a positive way aswell as giving my partner all the information he needed. Without her guidance we would've had a completly different and negative experience. We opted for the one to one sessions within our home which worked well due to my partners shift work. I am eternally greatful to the Sarah and would highly recommend her.

I can highly recommend this amazing course. Sarah is a highly knowledgeable and passionate midwife who taught us everything we needed to know about being in control during our birthing experience. Not only did this help me but it also helped my boyfriend feel more involved and ready to support me with the birth of our baby girl.
Sarah was able to answer all of the questions we had prior to giving birth and was also at the end of the phone after giving birth to answer any questions we had, which was very beneficial! We can’t recommend Sarah enough, she really is amazing at what she does.

I can highly recommend this amazing service. Staffordshire hypnobirthing gave me all the skills and knowledge to have a much more relaxed and enjoyable birth.
Sarah is a highly knowledgeable and professional midwife who went above and beyond to give me amazing tools for birth and answer all questions that I had.
Not only did this service help me during birth but it also helped my husband feel more involved and ready to support me with the whole experience.
Sarah and hypnobirthing are fantastic and I couldn’t reconnect this service any higher to all pregnant ladies and their partners!! I had an incredible birthing experience and I feel it was all due to hypnobirthing and Sarah’s incredible knowledge.

My husband and I completed the 5 day hypnobirthing course with Sarah before giving birth to our little girl on the 18/10/2021 (two weeks earlier than planned). Me being someone who likes to stay in control and not great with dealing with the unknown wanted to fully prepare myself for what was to come with child birth. Hypnobirthing provided this and more! The course literally shaped our pregnancy and labour to be the most amazing experience, even just down to the information Sarah provided on all things birth what will happen, what could happen, what choices we had. She gave us control over our birth by giving us so much information to be able to prepare ourselves no matter the outcome. By giving us such an in depth understanding of how the body works through labour I am confident in saying this lead to me having just a few hours from contractions to giving birth and it is my first child! Much more to my delight I had a completely natural unassisted birth but even if i didn’t, the hypnobirthing helped me through each stage of labour by me having so many techniques to keep myself calm and equally Sarah gave my husband a huge roll in assisting with the labour which made the experience for him even more special. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone regardless of your birth preferences. Thank you Sarah from Alex, Justin and baby Marlee xx
