I've been training with Mody for a couple of months now, and I can honestly say that beginning training with him has changed my life for the better. He is very punctual, encouraging, knowledgeable, and friendly. He works hard to ensure that the training programme is suited to my goals and is always available to answer any questions and queries.

Training with mody is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is a very knowledgeable, motivating, and inspiring trainer. In contrast to other trainers, Mody did not only run sessions, he helped me understand my body dynamics, my food requirements and motivated me to create a training routine at home too.
