If doctor giving one appointment and listen to properly if all causes or one or two or three I think then is reduce doctor's time and not people coming to see the doctor every time. If one issue one appointment then is every person has to be take two to three appointment in per weeks. So that is make it cause the problem you can't get the appointment. So please make the right system one time see the doctor discuss with all things and then just done it.

Saw the lovely Dr Murfey and what a absolute amazing Dr she is, she listens to me talking, have a thorough check over and gave me medication needed. Would highly recommend her. Thankyou so much ?

I saw Dr Ghandi at St Thomas Rd surgery yesterday and I must say what a lovely lady, she was the nicest most caring GP I have ever seen, she was genuinely interested in what I had to say and couldn’t do enough for me, I can highly recommend her and St Thomas Rd surgery are very lucky to have her and I hope they realise what an amazing GP they have.

I’ve always had a great experience at st Thomas road we all have to play the 8am game but I’ve never not been able to get an appointment. I also think the comments about the receptionists are really unfair the years I’ve been here they have all been lovely

Every day same story start your call for the day appointment at 8:05 and they pick up once your queue turn comes up after an hour's to say no appointments available....
I am paying NHS 800£ for a year for this service.....
Disappointed with this.
At least focus here ,
1. Have a call back service based on queue like some of the other surgery do. Because we wait in queue for more than 1 hour to hear a disappointing news , it frustrates a patient who is already unwell.
2. Once you guys pick phones in the morning say sorry we don't have any appointments why do you ask for DOB and name for no reason.
I don't blame staffs it's the management, it was good and more supportive prior to horizon health care trust take over.

Had to amend the review. The doctors at St Thomas Road Surgery are excellent. Especially Ms Khan always on point and very helpful.
Unfortunately booking an appointment has been very off putting since it's taken over by Horizon Healthcare. Answering machine hangs up on you saying trying again later

Lister house surgery is most likely the worst you will ever come across in the UK. Never mind getting an appointment you can't even make the queue . If by some miracle you do get a position in the queue then don't request a call back because they will give you a missed call literally one ring and then hang up. So they can claim they rang.
