Terrible!! Just went in to discuss my anxiety and my prescription. Was told that I couldn’t change my tablets for ones that could be better that the ones I am on. Was told I could be referred to cbt which I have done many times and it doesn’t work but supposedly that’s my only option. No pain relief for my back pain. So I guess there’s only one solution. Stop work cos of the back. Stop live cos of the anxiety. Thanks

Useless Dr surgery DVLA wrote to my doctor on the 26th of September asking for a copy of my medical records it’s now 9 weeks later and my doctor still hasn’t responded to this request, I have been to the surgery at least 5 times asking why this hasn’t been done and the answer is the same its with the doctor . I did explain that I needed this for a job and it is important as I am not working and needed this job . Well thanks to my doctor this job offer has now been removed and I am now unemployed in a time when mental health is a big issue the doctor has now made sure a family is now living on the breadline and my kids are going to have a a miserable Christmas. Thank you so much st Richards road surgery you have really out done yourself this time I would ask to see my doctor as I am now not sleeping with all the stress I am going through but I can’t not trust you at all . I hope you are proud of the service you are not giving the people of deal and are enjoying all that money you are conning it of the underfunded NHS . You should be ashamed of yourself

I made an econsult at 9:30am, I had a reply within few hours, giving me available appointments within a few DAYS. The appointment went well, giving options to support my condition, fortunately I'm also covered by my private heath care insurance, therefore chose to use that option, to save resources from NHS.. but first part of call was St Richard's Rd surgery for that econsult.

Seems to be always late on appointment. Appointment was 5.30pm we were there still at 6pm,.one patient jumped in the queue because the receptionist informed me my son was the next one to be seen at 5.40 but anoter patient was called first for that doctor. Ended up we were the last one in that surgery

I think like most surgeries, St Richard’s Road may struggle meeting the rising demand for appointments. However, I have found the GP’s to be extremely good, in particular Dr Stefan Schulz, Dr Rutherford and Dr Peters. I think the professionalism and dedication of these GP’s is second to none. Nurses are also super polite and helpful.

My experience with the surgery is very bad. No face to face appointment with doctor in last 5 years. When I finally get the appointment after 7 days in pain the doctor called it! I have wasted my day off from work. Also I had a testicular cancer, I should have been checked every year. This surgery hasn’t done any check ups in 5 years! The best thing is when I last time left a review on google the surgery has removed it. Well now I left review on the NHS website as well. Professional support is definitely lacking here, maybe to admit that this is not acceptable and made the effort to contact me via email or phone but nothing.

Just had to say a huge thank you to Doctor Peters at St Richard’s Road surgery in Deal. After five days of severe & excruciating pain, Doctor Peters made me feel human again. She took the time to ask, listen, recommend and support. This is rare, she is a credit to her profession and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her if you’re feeling poorly.
