Visited today St. Michael’s Clinic and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, prompt, and helpful throughout my visit.

GP referral for dermatology was made end of March and was advised 3 month wait. I called clinic and told I have to wait 30 weeks to be seen and to call back in October. Absolutely ludicrous that people have to wait 30 weeks! Oddly enough I’ve had a private referral through previously and I was seen within 2 weeks.

Wonderful establishment. I felt the consultants, staff and specialists really took their time with my appointment. Did not feel rushed at all. I felt listened to, was given brilliant advice regarding a medical concern and felt I was able to ask as many questions as I like. Was greeted by a friendly lady on the front desk who showed me to the waiting room, ever so polite. Very clean waiting room as well as the toilets. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I would just like to thank the whole team , from entering in reception through to appointment staff are so polite and attentive . The staff take care in your appointment and never make you feel rushed . I have been coming monthly for a while and will continue and I can’t express how amazing the staff are. I would like to specifically thank Gail the senior nurse , I attended an appointment last week and she was so informative , relieved any anxiety and was so compassionate. The appointment reminder text service is also brilliant . Thankyou all for your continued care .

Truly excellent skin cancer treatment today. Lots of other services too - medical lasers, face creams, and full dermatology care. Impressed to have this on my doorstep!

I've heard from others the Clinic is good for straight forward skin issues, but as someone who has a complex skin problem, they have been no help. I've been going in and out for years, receiving no diagnosis, skin swabs not spent off for month, and check up & review appointments that are meant to be every few months being months (and at one point a year) late, All while my skin gets worse due to the constant prescriptions of steroid creams. I am an NHS patient so it may also be better for private patients with complex issues. If you have the ability to go else where if you have more complex skin issues, it may be more beneficial to the other dermatologist
