Previously never had issues, however, the Dr Eastman era is sadly is long gone.
Dr Brown appears to have lost connection with the patients and any empathy along with it. We all have our moments I guess, I am saddened to see I'm not alone .
Receptionists you are all wonderful and a credit to the surgery.

I never actually thought I’d ever be saying this but I have to say a massive thank you to the staff and doctors at the surgery.

For the first time in many many years, I’ve come across a surgery that really does seem to care about their patience.

I have only lived in Amesbury five years So obviously, I’ve had experience of other surgeries and this one absolutely knocks all of them into a cocked hat !

I’m lucky enough that at almost 64 years old i’ve had very little in the way of illness until very recently and found myself having to visit the surgery.

The doctor has been absolutely fantastic and really showed an empathy and an interest and determination to resolve my health issues and give me support.

It’s good to feel like my worries are not seen as unimportant

So thank you to everyone at the surgery.

I joined the practice having read the numerous poor reviews, but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt as many of those reviews suggested the author had unrealistic expectations. Sadly though, my experience mirrors those reviews. For a long-term relatively minor medical issue, I have been prescribed medication 3 times...and every time it has been done wrong. The lack of attention to detail is astounding, and getting hold of anyone to resolve issues is particularly difficult. It really shouldn't be so challenging to get basic things right...

Nov 2024: I've edited the review, giving the surgery 2 more stars than before. This is because of the outstanding service provided by the practice nurses who I need to see every couple of months.

Outstanding GP surgery! Never struggle to get an appointment. Staff very helpful. I’m new to the area and have a chronic condition and the thoroughness of the team has been such a relief!

Tayla who works at the front desk has went above and beyond in helping me gather my test results so that I can attend my fire service assessment day. Truly showcasing excellent customer service and genuine care to her customers. She definately made my experience a great one! Thank you! Your hard work is noticed 🙂

Absolutely disgusting behavior by Dr Brown abusive and aggressive attacking a vulnerable person who was only asking for a fit note who has health problems. Was told to get a job on multiple occasions. She should be struck off. Highley unprofessional and must go against her duty off care.
