I went there today to drop off 5 bags of clothes for them to sell, it was 8:56am(I wasn't aware that they are open from 9am) there was 3 people inside I have to shout through shut door that I just wanted to give them clothes but they shout out come back at 9am again I was there 8:56am and wanted to give them 5 bags of branded clothes for free to sell them I didn't came for shopping!!!
Eventually after shouting few more times that I just wanted to give them bags they told me leave them on side if I wouldn't be in a rush that day I would take them back with me disgusting 3 people standing by the door I will never give them anything else !!!

If you looking for a bargain and want to help raise money for a great cause this is the place to shop 🙌🏼

Seriously this is one of the best Charity shops in Basildon area.
Very trendy charity shop, and the Manager makes sure everything is top quality and beautifully displayed.
You can find some really trendy labels and in great condition.

Very helpful and hard working volunteers making the shop full of laughter and chatter and always interacting/ having chat with the regular customers.

I have shopped here for a long time but recently the prices have become very expensive, dearer sometimes than buying new. The people are not as friendly and today I was told I couldn't have the item because it had been priced too cheaply.
It was also quite smelly today. Would not recommend unless you want books.
It's a shame because I have bought many things over the years.

There are 2 volunteers in this store both old and are very rude. They pretend to smile at you and then give you attitude. No one forced you to volunteer so don't take it out on customers. It's unbelievable. They need serious people's skills including the manager. Just because you are a charity shop does not mean you can treat people how you like.

Terrible shop, wanted to donate, some almost new things but must be before 14.30 which I didn’t know about. They said they had too much stuff anyway !! Unfriendly and ungrateful staff. Better throw things away rather than donate, how sad is that !!

Useless.. Had stuff for donation worth over 1k and few days in a row couldnt find it open. Seems they close whenever they feel like it. Why take the job if you cant do it
All the stuff had to drop off to other shop.
Disapointing..
