Came in to get a form signed for university immunisation injections and Susana was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to help me. She was so lovely and made sure everything was done within the time frame needed. Thank you so much for your help and being such a lovely receptionist!

I'm always seen as soon as I need it. The waiting times are fine. The repeat prescription - service is working.

Complicated or/and disability cases are being explained by the doctors and looked at patiently.

ANYTHING SPECIFIC/OUTSIDE BASIC CARE? GO PRIVATE!!!

As somebody mentioned earlier in the comments section: If you have anything that can fall outside the basic care, don't waste your time coming to this surgery, as you will be told that you will be okay if you change your diet, or just "let things go". ABSOLUTE JOKE!
A couple of things for doctors to consider:
1. BE HONEST. Why not telling the patient straight away, that you cannot offer a certain treatment? Why waste everyone's time? Just be honest and advice the patient that this service falls outside the basic NHS treatment allowance.. Advice such as: Let things go, and change your diet DO NOT WORK.
2. LEARN ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH. If you think that mental health issues are just imaginations of the person and do not affect their physical and mental wellbeing, which can be very painful and produce symptoms VERY similar to real diseases, then expand your knowledge and at least try to be understanding about the power of the mind.

On a positive note: They are quite good in helping if you have a minor, not serious condition. They have a physiotherapist on site, which is good as well. Plus you can get an appointment fairly quickly, which is also very good.

Advice for prospective patients: if you have a complicated/difficult to treat condition and are in possession of a bit of money, go private, don't waste your time. They will unfortunately not help you. If you have a fairly common, and basic problem, then go ahead.

My teenager and I were on a short break from Middlesex and child needed to be seen as a matter of urgency.
The practice got my child in at short notice as a temporary resident, and we were seen within 10 minutes of arrival.
Thank you to the brilliant reception team, and the doctor who was very thorough and reassuring.

I recently moved into the area and had not registered with a G.P. I approached the practice as I unexpectedly needed to see a G.P. They registered me that day and the next day I rang and got an appointment. The staff at reception were really helpful and the G.P consultation was also excellent. I was vert grateful for the service I received at what was a worrying time for me.

My absolutely favourite GP within the past 8 years. Loving the doctors and the nurses, in 9/10 cases polite, sympathetic and kind. Always ready to help whenever needed. Appointments are easy to book, the morning first-come-first-serve appointments are relatively not that long to wait for, considering numbers of other patients, blood tests easy to book and I absolutely love the nurses! Thank you! It was a pleasure to be a patient of St Leonard’s for the past 4 years. Sorry to say goodbye as moving to a new address ♥️
