So my wife and child have just returned from an appointment here crying due to the pure hostility from the doctor. My Daughter made a on the day appointment after being told to by 111, the Doctor was rude dissmisive actually offensive accused them of lieing. Refused to listen or look at the eczema as “she isn’t a dermatologist” seriously I have never heard of anything like this

Terrible. Has zero respect for patients receptionist Alison was very rude made out she was the owner of the establishment I wanted to speak to an a actual manager - practice manager comes down again no respect , speaks to me like something on the bottom of her shoe terrible management needs a massive overhaul friends recruiting friends will be going to senior partners and higher.

Nice modern building, and the parking is really easy. One big downside is the open reception/waiting room. It's big and echoes a lot, really distracting with phones ringing, loud converstions and the call bell all resulting in lots of noise and distraction when you're trying to sit quietly for your appointment.

Been twice to new surgery looks good and feels good, agree with other regarding noise and sure management and staff are aware. If it was a tent I would be happy to get appointment and treatment, there’s always a learning curve with new builds.

Lovely well laid out building. Much better than the old building.
The only reason I can not give more stars is that the waiting area is very open and all the hard surfaces make it very noisy and I could hear everything that was being discussed at the reception desk. The level of noise was very distressing for someone who has mental health problems.
