It was a Friday before Bank Holiday and my entire appointment with Miriam felt so rushed and unprofessional. I really needed some help but the appointment was not a good experience. I had no benefit from it once the session was over and did not feel any change over the next few days. Very little was explained and every discussion ended with, "I'll send it to your computer, I'll email it to you". Just felt as though I was being given a huge amount of reading homework. It was all just so rushed and it felt like she was trying to leave as I was obviously the last appointment before the long weekend. Even the booking of the second appointment was really pushed on me. I cancelled after really thinking about how the session was conducted. Miriam could possibly offer some relief from very minor issues but I can not recommend the clinic for anything serious from my treatment.

After suffering from chronic pain for a number of years and exhausting all prescribed medication I decided to try chiropractic treatment. Simon came highly recommended and immediately put me at ease. He spent time listening to my list of ailments in order to provide me with the best care. Even after my initial treatment I felt immediate relief. I have had 3 sessions now and can honestly say that I am pain free for the first time in years.

Decided to sort out my back pain that I'd had for years.
Receptionist is so lovely, caring and friendly.
Simon has been great, put me at ease straight away with friendly banter. Ask him to tell you his joke about the difference between a oestopath and a chiropractor (hilarious, once it clicked), very professional and my back feels so much better.
Highly recommend! Shame I'm moving away up north, otherwise I'd be a regular.

I arrived in quite some pain 6 months ago. I had a great deal of relief from the initial treatment but what was more important was what happened over time. I now have treatments once a month, my back is stronger, my movement is great. Simon is brilliant at what he does and also explains everything very well. The support team are also very welcoming and great at organising appointments, and of course keeping everything to Covid-19 guidelines.

I have been a client for several years now having suffered with back problems since I was a teenager (20+ years). Simon and his team are always very friendly and helpful and I have recommended the practice to a number of my friends and family. They always get me fitted in and back on my feet again. I went to see Simon at the clinic as for the last 9 years I have had motor tics similar to tourettes. after multiple doctors turning me away at the young age of 14 i was told to just live with it. after just 4 sessions at the clinic, my tics were greatly reduced and i had had my first 24 hours in 9 years without a single tic. the place is always spotlessly clean, all the staff i have encountered are so lovely and i couldn't recommend this place highly enough, amazing stuff!

I have suffered from back problems for a number of years now and during that time I have tried many different remedies to try and find some resolution to my problems. I can safely say that the service given to me by Simon at St Ives Chiropractic was the best that I have received in all this time. Not only was the customer service excellent and the treatment highly effective, but I was given excellent advice on how to strengthen and protect my back so to reduce the risk of further problems in the future.
