Used to be such a good surgery but has gone down hill in my opinion.

No appoints for 14 days and told to call back daily to see if any cancellations o ot to call back during lunch break of 30 mins at work to not get through on numerous occasions - doesn’t help that the start of the call is “advertising” physio that can be had at the surgery (if I wanted physio I would request the option for physio) explained my frustration to be told an appointment could be made for me over three weeks in advance? My Condition has got worse called 111 who advised they will contact my doctors and i will get a call from a health professional only to get a call from the receptionist to say I can be seen two days later at bunny hill? Bare in king this is two weeks since I last contacted them!

What frustrates me is I hardly ever contact any healthcare professional and when I do you think you are a hinderance for doing so and not important - the system is broken as they say but it seems more so at this surgery

Good receptionists and drs but don't come out unless you're housebound. So if you can't move any part of your lyms on your body you have get taxi to and from drs and crawl over chemist over road. Especially when you don't get benefits and no help from nhs and out if work if you in a relationship. you have to pay £6 taxi there and back from your address and another £9.65 for one item prescription. Total of £22, Also say no blood test no prescription. All drs should check a patients medical history. As given out wrong prescription with a medical condition can result to out of pocket or prescription charge. As prescription was wrong. I sent in over the past years a report to inform practice manager came out after telling receptionist t after four tries the Dr came to house very happy with the service.

Can not recommend this surgery high enough. Dr Clements in particular has been very supportive and investigated my symptoms throughlu. Hopfully now on the right track with medication. The receptionists are always helpful and polite and no difficulty in getting appointments. Well done everyone.

I've just been to the practice for my flu jab. The system was well thought out and efficient. I was in and out in seconds. The reception staff are really lovely and so helpful. The nurse was great I didn't feel a thing. Thankyou to all concerned.

A massive thankyou to Grace who turned my prescription round the same day and allowed me to function again (I forgot to order my meds before I ran out!🙈) Amazing to have staff who go that extra mile without lecturing us mere mortals!!thankyou so much.
