I had a very disappointing experience with St. Bartholomew's Hospital. Despite informing them that I had been unwell for over a week and had already tried medication from Boots (who advised me to contact a doctor), the hospital staff told me I would need to wait another week before receiving any assistance.

This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing health issues. Patients deserve timely care and attention, but instead, I felt dismissed and left without proper support during a difficult time.

Really bad service and careless and rude receptionist who does not even give you the simple right to TALK. Today is 10 October 2024, time is 11 am. I called enquiring about my prescription for gestational diabetes which I have been begging for for the last month. I waited on the phone for my turn. The receptionist was very careless and rude and kept on interrupting me. At the end she said I’ll send you a link and fill the form for the doctor! This is what they all say just to get rid of patients calls and get on with their day. If you don’t want to do your work, let someone else respectful and honest do it in the way it should be done!

I am outraged by the practice here, before they joined Hollow way medical center everything was fine with them, they make fun of our children, you wait two weeks for an appointment and the day before the appointment they call to tell you they canceled it. How is it possible for a sick child to wait 2 weeks to cancel his appointment? I do not recommend this practice to anyone!!!!

I visited the facility today due to cold and flu symptoms.
I was treated very nicely by the staff.
Special Thanks to Dr. Olena for the check up with right assistance.
Thanks to the young lady at the reception for coordinating throughout.

Staff at all levels are friendly but make frequent errors. I was directed to the wrong location for my appointment twice. My doctor didn't explain or seem interested in trying to work out what my problem was, just said a physio will look at it. I was told I would be sent some exercises but I wasn't. Have been a patient here for years and this is the worst it's ever been. Only not one star because the staff are friendly.

My review is for Dr Khaleel whom I saw yesterday. The surgery itself has become harder to access as a patient, which simply puts you off going. BUT, they still have some great doctors. Dr Khaleel is probably the best I have seen, reassuring, kind, thoughtful, professional, patient. The practice is going through a lot of turmoil, but I'm hanging on in there!!

Honestly such bad service rude reception staff and doctors who don’t care what so ever I wish I could give a 0 star rating since it’s merged with 2 other surgeries it just seems like they are there collecting cheques rather than caring for patients. You get made out to be the bad one when complaining about the lack of service, dr raheem and the other partners should be ashamed what they have done to this surgery it was once one of the best in oxford now is definitely the worst

Dr was an hour late and despite the surgery having asked me to come in she had no idea and not looked into my medical history.
Did not check my blood pressure when I’m on medication for it..:
And told me it could have been an e-appointment.
Never see the same practitioners.
The practice is a mess.
