Took ages to get into building then reception was too busy so I sat down and there were only 3 people waiting., the reception saw me and mimed because on phone so I thought she knew I was there and I told her my name when I rang bell.
Waited half an hour. People came in and got seen straight away so I walked out it descust, I was made to feel invisible. Made my adhd worse and I had an outburst am I invisible and stormed out .Don't recommend going at all.

Never had anything but pleasant staff and the experience I would expect from any doctors surgery. The pandemic has put major strains on all health services and common courtesies from would be patients goes a long way in having a relatively pleasant experience.

I have no complaints with the level of professionalism and general pleasantness of the staff at St. Augustines Surgery, Columbia Way, King's Lynn.

Absolutely disgusting for a doctors surgery... get spoken to like your something they have stood in and talkes over you.. when you say can I speak you get NO my opinion is worth more.. you have legal documents that need signing and they refuse (even tho it can only be a doctor your own doctor!)
Local councillor will be contacted at the next big wisbech 20/20 town meeting this surgery is appalling! I appreciate you are busy but to even refuse to listen to the whole of what a patient has to say is disgusting and I will be making A formal complaint...
kind regards

Use to be good until it went to Vida health care. I can't wait to move my doctor's. I would rather walk 20 miles then to go here again. .

I went there, worried about a cough that I had for about 3 weeks, right away I got seen to and diagnosed with a chest infection and a prescription of antibiotics, which cured it about 1 week later, really nice and patient staff, highly recommended 🙂
