Excellent from start to finish! Contacted Springwood to remove an overgrown conifer, plus some hedge trimming and tree pruning. All communications responded to efficiently by Emily, Damian came out to do a quote and yesterday the work was done. The 3 guys who did the work were extremely professional and take great pride in what they do.

Amazing service from start to finish. Requested a quote appointment online, i received an email from Emily that day to arrange. Damian then came out to provide an extremely reasonable quote for topping 5 trees. Needless to say I had no problems accepting and a date was set for today. They’ve done exactly as I’ve asked, even taking a bit more off one tree to make it more aesthetically pleasing! Their tidy up job was also fantastic and they very kindly even chipped a pile of garden waste I had. Logs left with me as requested too. Cannot fault them, so much so I sent them on to my mum to quote for some work she needs doing too! Very friendly, professionally run family business. I will not hesitate to use them again. Springwood have removed 3 huge conifers and ground off 7 conifer stumps behind our village hall, the work was done efficiently, safely and at a good price. The work area was clean and tidy, when they left you would never have known they had been there. All in all great work from a great company well done Springwood. Would definitely recommend.

We recently moved in to the area and the new home had 18 large Poplar trees in need of some TLC and taming. We asked Springwood for some advice and rough costs prior to purchase and then reviewed against others in the area. Damian was by for the most open and interested of all the people we approached. Post purchase Damian came over and confirmed his original costs and also outlined most ecconomical and best cause of ongoing maintenance .

The Charges were acceptable for 3 days with a team of 3 and all waste removed.
Damian was also open to include some other work in the garden on a number of other trees that needed some minor trimming.

Springwood also agreed for us to keep as much wood clippings and logs as we desired.
The team of three consisted of Luke,Jack and Sean. I can not praise these guys enough. They were not only experienced, but punctual, very hardworking, polite and very tidy.

We will continue to use Springwood with the ongoing management of the Poplars and highly recommend them.

Shaun, Jack and Phil did an absolutely fantastic job. Prompt, polite, efficient and effective. We had a massive sycamore in an awkward spot in the garden between a holly hedge, pergola and flower beds. I was expecting some collateral damage as it came down but the whole thing was removed with no damage at all.
Left the place super clean and tidy.
Extremely impressed and would 100% recommend.

This was our first Project with Springwood Tree Services, with a new Client requiring a lot of research ....and we were not disappointed. Damien and Emily provided us with a winning tender bid, safety, Insurance and qualification paperwork followed by a professional and efficient site presence. The tree work included felling a 23m high diseased Beech adjacent to LV power lines (isolated of course!)....a daunting task for any Ariel Tree felling team. The whole job was carried out safely and on time and budget, and I learnt a lot to boot!
Suffice to say that Springwood are now on our preferred contractors list.
