A great local GP. Hard to fault them with any aspect of their service. I need a reliable GP as I have multiple long term health conditions and have regular medication, check ups and tests.

Their online appointment system is efficient, I usually get an appointment within a few days and their admin team are quick to reply.

I really like the callback service when queuing to get the appointment. So I can go on with my day. When there’s no available appointments. The receptionist always helpful to give some advice for different alternatives. From GP, Nurses, Receptionist they all work fairly fast for referrals (knowing they have to deal with lots queries). Many thanks for helping me and my family when we’re unwell. The service my family received so far been amazing.

Fab surgery with lovely, caring staff. Would like to say a personal thank you to Sister Debbie who looked at my daughters leg and recognised it as a tick bite rather than a spider bite (original diagnosis from 111 doctor) and urgently had a prescription done for the correct antibiotics. I can’t thank you enough!

This surgery always provides good service and I didn’t think it could get any better, but the new telephone system is excellent and the service goes up another level! The staff on Reception are so accommodating and go out of their way to assist and I know from friends at other GP surgeries, this is not the case. Doctors give a personal service and my experience is still like the family practice I remember of days gone by. Again this is rare. I cannot praise the surgery enough.

I continue to be impressed by this surgery. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help. The surgery is also proactive, reminding me when blood tests are due and have even phoned me to remind me an injection was due etc. My previous surgery didn’t seem to care as they left me begging for blood tests and receptionists were unhelpful and at times rude.
Other GP surgeries could learn a lot from Spring street I hope they get the recognition they deserve at higher levels.
