I had treatment pre- and post- knee replacement. Pre-op treatment consisted of Ostenil injections and physiotherapy both of which were very effective and enabled me to go on a holiday with wet landings on zodiacs and walks through the jungle.
Post-op physio and massage enabled me to gain function faster than just following a written exercise programme from the hospital. I was months ahead of the people who had the same op at the same time.

I'm just coming to the end of my second block of pilates session and have loved every minute. Approachable professional teacher who I find is sensitive to each individuals needs. Numbers in the classes are restricted, which I prefer. Highly recommended.

I had a pelvic floor assessment with Jo following the birth of my first baby and it was incredibly informative. Jo was extremely knowledgable and friendly and gave me a series of exercises to practice, along with guidance on how to undertake massage of my c-section scar and advice on how to safely return to exercise. Following on from this Jo recommended that I sign up to their pilates class run by physio Jess and these have been fantastic for improving my mobility and increasing my confidence in what my body is capable of. Overall I couldn’t recommend Sportswise highly enough and I have passed the details on to all the mums from my antenatal class!
