Well, it's been over 4 years now since I first visited Kevin and my lower back pain has been under control for the last 3 years. It took 12 months initially with a lot of corrective therapy and patience on Kevin's part to retrain my mind/body and ease the recurrence of chronic and disabling lower back pain.
In the last 3 years, I have been generally pain free and continue to visit Kevin monthly for regular therapy and correction of my bad habits.

I went to Hannah as I was in agony in my neck and shoulder. She did a thorough examination and worked through the different muscle groups. She was positive and thorough throughout and conscious of my pain. After having a week of constant pain I am sat here now5 hours after my treatment feeling so much better it’s almost like a miracle . Thanks Hannah you are a star ⭐️

I saw Hannah a number of years ago when I lived in the area for treatment of a neck issue which she resolved successfully. During my sessions I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, attention to detail provided and techniques used. So much so in fact that I made a new appointment to resolve some recent leg/hip issues from triathlons. The journey to see Hannah is a 2 hour round trip for me but it is worth every minute of it! Highly recommended!

Years of misuse and neglect of my body has resulted in knee, back and shoulder problems exasperated by increasing lack of mobility. Regular visits to Kevin have greatly reduced back issues and are gradually unlocking immobile areas. The hourly sessions not only help loosen up the body but provide a necessary time out from a busy life. For mental well-being our random chats, sorting out the world's problems, are nearly as therapeutic!
