We faced very bad experiences with the receptionist Sharda. She is very rude and always gives negative vibes when others behave very humble and helpful. I’m not sure why you’ll taking any actions regarding this. This is not the first time I’m facing this issue. If this continues we need to change our GP to somewhere else.

Probably wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. The receptionists are rude! Apart from 2 who are very lovely!.. trying to get appointments for my children (1 years old& a 4 month old baby) is a no go always fobbing me off. Surely babies should be priority? Ask to speak to a manager and get told that she isn’t in all the time. It’s probably the worst doctors I have ever been with!!

Absolutely awful surgery. If you thought it was hard to book an appointment before then it’s even worse now! They’ve moved to e-consult which means you can no longer book appointments over the telephone or in person. You fill out a long winded form online and then wait days to hear back if ever. I’ve absolutely had enough of this place. Also, the indian lady in reception has awful manners and goes out of her way to make you feel like a nobody. I’ve never experienced such a horrible GP practice until now and I have moved homes 4 times so changed surgery each time but none have been close to how bad this place is.

Worst surgery ever.
Lack of communication Don't know what there doing at all. Newby left on there own with no knowledge.
Long wait time over the phone which doesn't solve any problems at all u basically have to go there yourself and sort it.
Medication is not explained to u when given.
When ordering Medication on line your still waiting a week when it's supposed to be 48hrs .
E consultation is the worst thing input in the system u could be dead before anyone gets back to u.

Receptionists are very rude and very racist. Never acknowledge when they make a mistake and are so full of themselves, wherein we have to remind them how to do their job. Totally hopeless

Absolutely useless - You see one doctor that helps & then the other doctor stops this - two steps forward 5 back !!!

They have "lost" or not processed my tests or results correctly multiple times to the point I've actually given up getting better !!!
The doctor just seem to say "get on with it" and couldn't care less about helping you.

I have met one doctor who isn't directly employed by Rushey Mead and he was so helpful and explained everything :(It's a shame they aren't all like this.

The new online booking system is absolutely dreadful - it's even worse than when you had to ring up !!

How this has over 2* is shocking !! Must be the receptionist staff making them up !!

horrible place, anytime we called to book an appointment we'd call at 8am on the dot and it would say 'you are first in the queue' and they just wouldn't answer. So while i was on the phone I decided to see if they were busy or not so I went into the gp and I just saw the ladies there having a nice chit chat while the phones were ringing immensely. I confronted them and they said 'Well, you should've called at 8 on the dot, and we're busy' (busy chatting) it's absolutely disgusting. This gp is by far the worst I've been going here for the past 15 years. One time, I was on my way back from work and I gave them a call because I really wasn't feeling well and I wanted an appointment, when I called they didn't answer the first 3 times; After they picked up the lady answered with 'what' and I was caught off guard. I proceeded to describe my symptoms and she was like "no appointments" and I was literally about to get hit by a car so of course I didn't respond straight away and I mummbled something to the driver and she said on the other line "Speak properly" and then proceeded to hang up on me. The doctors are quite nice but the front desk needs to get sacked because I'm fed up, I've been going to this new gp for the past 2 weeks and they've been amazing, they've answered all my calls and booked me appointments straight away and they've been absolutely nice.
