I see Mickie for massage at Spirehill as my role is incredibly physically demanding. I always feel better after and so much more relaxed. I have been visiting Mickie for massages since she first opened her doors at Spire Hill Farm.
Always a warm welcome, the room is peaceful and cosy and I always walk away feeling like my aches and pains have ebbed away.
Just for half an hour or so I can shut out the world and receive some vital tlc for myself from my busy work, business life agenda. A vital small, local Dorset business that I truly value.

Highly recommend Spire Hill Therapy Centre. Have been going for a long time. It has a very positive, calming atmosphere and there are so many different treatments available here. As well as lots of things going on, workshops etc. The perfect place for self-care!
