Had a blood test there after an appointment and Priti was very comforting and reassuring. I am not too bad with needles but she was very very good and I didn’t even feel a thing. Brilliant job by her and the team!

Came for my appointment at 10.30, as per emails, messages, to be told it’s 11.45,
So here I am waiting, and the display on the tv saying it’s quicker than my local gp service , really ,

All the staff here have been wonderful and generous throughout my visits. I would recommend their face to face care wholeheartedly.

However, I am due to have surgery this morning at another spire site. My surgery is being delayed because the diagnostic centre have not processed my bloods and the surgical team legally cannot proceed until they have.

The diagnostic centre knew the surgery date/time and arranged this pre surgical blood check appointment.
We are all at a stand still here until we get these results through - despite all being ready and me having been in the gown for ages.
Significantly frustrating.

I was referred here by the NHS, I did not ask for this referral however I was informed that Spires are were contracted by our wonderful Government to help clear back logs in the NHS and waiting times. To be honest id rather wait, as an NHS patient you are made feel u wanted staff were not very pleasant as I was not paying etc, the NHS is ruined time to leave this sinking country

I have had my appointment with Alina today for my pre operative tests.
It has been the easiest appointment ever. She was kind, made sure I was comfortable and I can tell that having all my pre-op tests was like going out for a chat with a friend. We chatted between a test and the other and I was made feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Alina is an amazing nurse and you can clearly tell that she loves her job and cares for the patients.

I do not post reviews often, but I wanted to genuinely thank phlebotomist and Nurse Priti Chohan for her kindness, professionalism, good nature and thoroughness. I had to have a complex set of bloods taken today, and I genuinely do not like going to hospital. Priti went to great lengths in spite of being aware of what needed to be drawn to double check all the samples and she ensured they were drawn correctly and took extra care when drawing blood, keeping me at ease. Priti is an asset to Spire Bushey and her patient focus is really outstanding! She has a wonderful sense of humour and is a treasure! We need to look after those that care for us and dedicate their time and attention for the health of others, and Priti does that. Priti is a wonderful nurse! Thank you and keep working your wonders Priti 🙂

I had an amazing experience with Bushey Spire from start to finish.

Firstly, a huge thanks to Dr Tang for being so patient with my endless queries - it is much appreciated and you've been nothing short of a hero!

I'd also like to give a shout out to Priti, who took my bloods today. Her energy is so positive and she really did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable, despite my slight discomfort around needles - hopefully I don't need any more bloodwork but, if I do, I'm praying it's you who takes my blood!

Finally, I'd like to thank the receptionists for always being so helpful and polite in our interactions.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to (hopefully!) finish. Can't recommend these lovely guys and girls enough.
