I had outstanding care from Nurse Inga today along with Mr Chetwood and his theatre team. The recovery team were fantastic along with Carol from catering. Nothing was too much to ask and everyone was caring and attentive. I was a nervous patient but I was very quickly reassured by the teams involved in my care. Clare Park has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and the rooms and outpatient areas are looking so much brighter and more modern.

I attended 3 times for pre-op and operation. All visits were great the nurses in pre-op took great care over my needle phobias. My operation went smoothly and again the post op care was perfect.

All the staff from porters to kitchen and the doctors and surgeons were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful.

I received excellent medical care at this hospital. The doctors and nurses were compassionate, professional, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the food service was a major disappointment. Despite clearly requesting vegetarian meals, I was repeatedly served dishes containing meat. Firstly a sandwich with ham and secondly sausages for breakfast wh3n i had ordered vegetarian sausages. This oversight is unacceptable, especially in a hospital where dietary preferences and restrictions should be handled with care and precision.

While the medical team exceeded expectations, the poor food service was a letdown. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the overall patient experience.

The facilities and room itself was good. Parking is a big issue on weekdays

I had surgery at Clare Park Hospital nearly two weeks ago, and I cannot praise the hospital and its staff highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and even the food was very good.

The nursing team was exceptional, but I would like to give special recognition to Rositsa, who went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I was feeling quite anxious, but her kindness and care made all the difference—she was truly wonderful.

My surgeon, Mr Elkington, was incredibly calm, reassuring, and caring. He listens attentively, never rushes, and ensures his patients feel heard and comfortable throughout the process.

The anaesthetics team did an excellent job, and my recovery was smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Dr Lewis and his team, who looked after me so well. Unfortunately, I do not remember all the names, but I am deeply grateful to every single person who contributed to my care.

Overall, my experience at Clare Park Hospital was seamless, stress-free, and of the highest standard. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism!

Had knee surgery yesterday with Mr.Singleton who was fantastic throughout, kept me informed of whole procedure, both before and afterwards.
The whole experience from reception to discharge was amazing.
The staff and facilities are second to none.
Calm friendly atmosphere, nothing to much trouble, special thank you to Sarah on Redgrave ward for looking after me, but also to all who were involved.

I had my hernia op at Spire Farnham 2 months ago. From the initial consult there to the op and overnight stay, everything went so smoothly. Friendly and very attentive staff made me feel valued and cared-for. Well worth the private fee.

Had surgery at Clare Park; the staff, nurses and doctors were all extremely proficient and caring, couldn’t have asked for more. The room was newly decorated and so comfortable. I had surgery a few years ago there and the rooms have been vastly improved. Would recommend everything about my care and my stay. Thank you.

I wish to express I very great pleasure on the visit to Clare Park yesterday. Mr Jeremy Huddy and his team were fantastic and very supportive indeed. The procedure they performed was outstanding and I am very comfortable following this. Also, a special mention to Vinnie who was my main contact nurse - she was attentive and helpful. I cannot praise the entire setup there enough - I hope that this can be passed on.
