Really helpful and friendly staff. The receptionist was happy to print out some of my test results and medical history while I was on the phone to her so I could come and pick them up right away.

The online "Klinic" service they have is also very useful, fill out a form and submit it and someone comes back to me usually the same day or at most a couple of days later.

This is a wonderful surgery! Every member of staff I‘ve interacted with has been lovely. My concerns are always taken seriously. I always feel validated, heard and that I have a say in the treatment. Sadly, women’s health is severely neglected and it can be really difficult to be taken seriously by medical staff, but that is not the case at all at this surgery. I recommend Spinney Surgery 100%

Many of the Doctors, nurses and support staff I have seen are excellent and I would recommend the surgery with the proviso that I would be happier if there was more consistency regarding treatment.
Online booking of appointments becomes more straightforward with experience.
It suprised me that Google was consulted during appointment but perhaps it is more acceptable to others.

Extremely unprofessional and rude reception desk staff. Susan/Suzie finds it funny having to wait 30 minutes on phone to speak then unable to hear with poor phone line. Unable to take date of Birth details. Laughing when explaining prescription has not arrived at pharmacy as colleague informed patient earlier in week it would despite having deficiency. Very rude experience towards a vulnerable patient.

Haven't been to the doctor in 2 years. Went through the lengthy process of registering. Went through the long, useless answer message on the phone. Called at the time requested, waited in the que. Receptionist hung up on me because I complained that about their ridiculous answer message. I have something serious I want to see the doctor about, I don't understand how they can be so bad or the receptionist so immoral. Tried to use the online appointment service on the website but It doesn't work. I got Error 404 - Page not found. So what am I supposed to do? I called again and she hung up again. She made the excuse that I was abusive and hung up. It was just an excuse, am I not entitled to be disappointed with a bad service. I jumped through all their hoops just to deal with them. It was a real act of cowardice the way she hung up and completely immoral. I would never do that to someone who was sick. She is looking for any excuse so she can feel fine about dropping the phone. Absolutely awful. What is the point of funding this? This surgery let me down when I needed them.

this is still one of the best GP surgeries Ive ever used. None of us like calling the GP, but here they are friendly and helpful. I cant ask for more.

The staff at the spinney surgery are without doubt helpful, considerate and doing a good job. I have had to call them numerous times recently. and yes there is a long wait to get answered if you call at 9:01 but when they do answer they give you a solution to the problem. Unlike other surgeries if you need to speak to someone today you will get to talk to someone and they will deal with you speedily. The reception team guide you to the right place and ensure you get what you need. The doctors are considerate and careing.
Overall noone wants to call the doctors because they are ill, but when you have to, then the spinney looks after you and makes sure you are OK.
