Dhruve has been incredible in helping me get to a place of peace and rest with my body. I am constantly on the go and suffer with chronic spine pains and migraines.
With adjustments, various treatments and advice on how to care for myself better, my daily headaches were gone within three weeks of starting to visit here. The chronic pains have also improved no end.

Excellent service ! I’m a hairdresser and my back and neck was in bits! He provided me with spinal adjustments acupuncture shockwave therapy. He only charges if he can help which was very reassuring, if he was not able to help me he even provided me with a complementary report. Thank you for all your help. I now go for regular maintenance treatment due to my job every 4 weeks.

I haven’t been to a chiropractor before and I can truly say Dhruve Shikotra has been able to give me back some normal life.
I suffer with both osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.
And For nearly 2 years been in a lot of pain
And not fully weight bearing on my right leg ,with having to use my crutch daily.
With the simplest tasks causing great discomfort.
With Dhruve’s treatment plan.
I am able to do more ,and99% better in my right leg.
I can now weight bear better on my leg.

I have been going to the spinal health clinic for a few months for what I thought was sciatica. Dhruve was brilliant and actually diagnosed me with pain in my sacroiliac joints. I have had this pain for ten years and with numerous physio and medication and GP appointments nothing has helped. After my first session I could feel a huge difference with my back pain and it was amazing. Each session of acupuncture, shockwave therapy and percussion therapy has helped me so much. I have not needed to take medication since and can get on with my daily activities within the pain I had before. I am do happy with the service as it has helped me so much. Would absolutely recommend.

Following a setback / flare up to an existing undiagnosed back problem, and with the recommendation of a friend ringing in my ear, with nothing to lose I recently contacted the clinic for some support.

There I was met by Dhruve. Very quickly he got to work, calmly and confidently diagnosing the suspected root cause of my problem and immediately putting my mind at some ease.

After several times of suffering from back pain and spasms I booked in with Spinal Health Clinics. Dhruve is great, he explains the possible causes and takes you through treatment for recovery, relapses, and to the point you no longer worry that there will be back problems anymore!
