All the staff that dealt with me Specsavers Leighton Buzzard were polite and very helpful. I never felt abandoned and they kept me up to date. Very pleased. The store was quite busy but they all knew what they were doing and never forgot about anyone.

I am so pleased with my recent specs. Jo at Leighton Buzzard store is exceptional!
She patiently helped me find the correct (complex) option of varifocals for driving as well as new specs for daily computer use, both for wearing over contact lenses! Both pairs are absolute game changers for me!

The whole process from eye test with an excellent optician, to choosing the right frames (taking my particular needs into account) to picking up my glasses exceeded my expectations. My old Specsavers glasses were even put back into shape, cleaned and new nose pieces added for me which was the cherry on top of the cake for me. No hard selling or upselling either. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you.

Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Followed up with a quick phone call to check some information I'd put during the booking.

Arrived and was seen to quickly. The staff were really friendly and the optician was knowledgeable and had great communication. Price was also reasonable.

Told me my glasses would be ready on a set date. I had to call to check. Went down and they couldn’t find them. The person fitting my glasses didn’t give me any instructions just stared at me. I asked him if I should put them on he said yes. I put them on and he asked if they fit, I said I’m not sure he then checked. Fitted them with the machine and handed them back while standing behind me. I asked if I should put them on he said no and then bye. Not helpful at all, very unclear. When I had my eye test the optician was not clear and expected me to know what was happening. She also forgot the name of her colleague and was very rude to her. From doing the feedback questionnaire I can see he didn’t provide me with the correct service nothing to read and no glasses tray.

Broke my glasses at 5:20 today. Popped into Specsavers and by 5:30 I had the frames replaced at half price, existing lenses added, glasses fitted and was out the door in 10 minutes. Three assistants helping me with no concerns about calling in 10 minutes before they closed. Absolutely delighted with the service - 10/10 from me Specsavers staff - thank you so much for excellent service and attention to detail......Suzi Daniel
