All the staff we have met have been very friendly, helpful and professional. Tam is brilliant. My daughter had the same pair of glasses from a different spec savers & they were always wonky despite us going back numerous times, whereas Tam fitted them perfectly and they have remained straight and fitting well. I had concerns about my prescription and had chosen a pair of glasses that I found to be uncomfortable, Tam was incredibly helpful in explaining my prescription and how it works at different distances, and guiding me to select a frame that would be lighter and more comfortable on my nose. Thank you for all your help Tam.

Very pushy sales techniques when I called in for something very simple today. Was at the point of walking out. Definitely going to look at going elsewhere for my glasses in the future. Shame as I’ve been with specsavers for years but definitely got the “used car salesman” vibe today 🙄

I got tested and fitted for new glasses on the 2 for 1 offer fine,I asked can I chose the sunglasses I wanted as part of the offer when come to pickup my glasses?YES!
I pickup my glasses and chose the sunglasses only to be told firstly your too late and secondly the 2 for 1 was used up on the frame and lens of my glasses 😲UNBELIEVABLE JEFF!!!
