Hi,As soon as I walked into the shop I was uncomfortable. If looks could kill.Straight away,can I help you?Even though she was assisting someone else.Explained just looking.Whilst looking, the amount of eyes on me ,not nice.Then approached, but explained looking for glasses. Wow.Found two pairs,told to sit and wait,no problem. Seen to by a lovely, friendly lady.Told to pick glasses in week. Went back to shop,immediately same looks.Can I help you?This time had to speak out.Asked to sit down,confusion over my order.Unfriendly lady came to deal with,the one I prayed i didn't want,no manners. My glasses didn't even fit,just wanted to get out.Noticed other people offered discount vouchers, me ,nothing not even a thank you,have a nice day.No problem, not gonna stop me from going back.Just some of the staff should change their attitude towards another human being. Thanks

Really awful attitude from the manager over several pairs of flimsy glasses.
I’ve been going there for years but won’t be going again. When I told her I wouldn’t be returning (politely) she gave a sarcastic smile and said ‘ok’.
Whatever the issue or the rights and wrongs in any retail situation … this is a very poor way of treating customers. She was very confident and arrogant which tells me she’s expecting automatic support from the owner of that particular branch of the franchise.
When I left the shop another customer who left at the same time commented on the manager’s glib and rude demeanour. I’ll be contacting the owners of the brand for what it’s worth but just feel very let down.

Unfortunately I have a worse experience every time I go. The staff member who took my eye pressure moved the machine so close to my eye that it was uncomfortably touching it and when I told him this he just kept trying to move my head further onto the chin rest. I've had the test done with no issues so many times before. They have my boyfriend the wrong prescription and he had to get retested! The whole place is tired and run down, no trust in the staff and you pay the same price as any other specsavers. Don't bother wasting your money.

Excellent service and staff, treated with the utmost respect and couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received considering I had no appointment having that day injured my eye and walked in on the off chance of help. Very grateful, thank you.

Great service from a friendly team. Hopefully they can relocate when Eccles precinct gets demolished as this is a high street essential. Good value and nice staff. Highly recommended.

Not happy with the booking in experience at reception. Having already pre-booked online there was no need for medical and other personal questions to be asked. This has put me off going there again, or any Specsavers branch.
