I was on holiday with my husband in Berwick last week. My new glasses ( from my local Specsavers ), needed the pads adjusting as the left one was uncomfortable Alisha was kind and helpful. Initially she altered the left pad, but offered to change the pads for softer ones if they were still uncomfortable. I went in later in the week and Alisha replaced both pads, and also adjusted my new sunglasses. Thank you once again Alisha, both pairs are much more comfortable.

I'm never disappointed when I visit Berwick Specsavers . The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable . I needed a new prescription for my glasses with variofocal , transitions and thin and light lens . I also got the same lens for another pair of glasses but with sunglasses lens for driving . Not cheap , but well worth it . I can highly recommend them to take care of your sight needs .

Lovely experienced staff. Very helpful if you can't see without your glasses. Sounds silly, but its true.
