Absolutely amazing! Louise is a fountain of knowledge with her background of being a trained nurse, I know my face was in more than capable hands! I’ve been with visiting Lou for about a year, and she keeps me fresh faced, but completely natural! If I could give sparkle medical aethestics 1000 stars I would! Lou was lovely from the very start, very welcoming, very friendly and approachable. Her being a qualified nurse put me at ease to for my first ever procedure. The questionnaire I filled in put me at ease that she was being very thorough. She offers good deals so this encouraged me to try the lemon bottle. She talked me through after care and gave advice. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What can I say…Louise is such a lovely lady. Very professional and knowledgeable of her products and treatments. I was a little nervous going for my brow lift as I had had a couple of bad experiences. Louise explained everything thoroughly and put my mind at ease. Louise is also very honest and won’t do treatments if she doesn’t think you need them, which in my opinion and past experiences is very rare and I am grateful for her honest opinion.
Really pleased with my results so far, and due to go back for a check-up in a couple of weeks. I will definitely be using Louise for the foreseeable future.

Lou is a lovely kind hearted woman . She welcomes you and makes you feel so comfortable before during and after treatment. I was born with an illness that affects the muscles of my face , my face is fallen more on one side .Lou has absolutely changed my life . She’s not only removed my wrinkles and frown lines but has even managed to level my face . I never expected or knew this could be done with Botox . I originally went in to have my frown lines treated and Ive now got a level face . She’s so talented at her work and I can’t thank her enough for the confidence she’s given me
