I had a pregnancy massage at Space Therapies and had a great experience. Holli is lovely and made me feel very relaxed and pampered. There was a support pillow for my bump and the bed also raised to avoid me having to lie flat on my back (a big no in pregnancy). Would definitely recommend to other pregnant people looking for a solution to aches and pains.

I had a pregnancy massage this morning and it was the best massage of my life! Holli's touch was perfect - she seemed to really understand what my achey body needed. Lovely use of oils, relaxing atmosphere, calming music. I was transported away from the Pershore Road! Will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends. Thanks so much!

Holli is an absolute gem! I’ve had a variety of treatments at Space Therapies from pregnancy massages, reflexology, to facials. The environment is clean, relaxing and a perfect place to escape for an hour or 2! Holli is super friendly, understanding, accommodating and just a lovely person all round. I look forward to every session I book in with her would highly recommend her to anyone! We are so lucky to have her in Stirchley 🙂

Had an aromatherapy massage back in March. Prior to the appointment I had been suffering with a cold and checked with Holli if it was ok to still attend. She reassured me it was and even went as far as tailoring the oils to help with my decongestion! Best hour of my life and I walked away feeling very relaxed.

Space therapies itself is a really calm and relaxing location, offering lots of different services. I would love to join one of the evenings Holli arranges periodically.

I had an aromatherapy massage with Holli just before Christmas for the first time. I came away feeling so relaxed and well looked after. The feeling stayed with me for days. Holli is very knowledgable and experienced. She managed my health issues without fuss. Her setting was relaxing and her massage was amazing, firm (as l like it - but she checked if i’d prefer less pressure) and reassuring. I was supported to drift off into my own world. Days later I still felt I was experiencing the benefits of the massage. It was one of the best I have had in years and really got things moving internally. I would highly recommend Holli and I look forward to seeing her again soon. I’m so pleased to be able to access such a quality service here in Stirchley. I have lived here for 20 years and never felt like there was this kind of holistic therapy right on my doorstep before. I also take part in other activities run by Space (Moon Circle) and again feel really lucky to have access to such a place so in tune with how I feel and want to live my life, right here on my doorstep.
