Absolutely disgusted with Bloomsbury spa. I booked a massage on behalf of my sons for their dad on father's day. I booked with over 10 days notice, they took money in advance (£75) and so that is an agreement to provide the service. My husband arrived for his 11am appt and had to wait 35 mins for the therapist to arrive. We asked for a refund as that is a terrible service. They didn't even offer him a half price massage as an apology or vouchers...bad customer service, poor therapist duty! Disgusted. If they had bothered showing any remorse then I may not have written this review but I will not be recommending them ever.

What a wonderful place. Booked a the full body massage as a treat to myself and came away feeling fully revitalised . Truly unique and tranquil surroundings with attentive staff , will be booking again ?

I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the spa, from arrival to departure all was carefully thought out and considered. The treatment (facial) left me feeling rejuvenated and the use of the hot tub and sauna was a great treat.
Thanks and I will certainly be back!
