Fantastic experience. We trusted Dr Pierini immediately. He was calm, very knowledgeable and experienced. He talked us through the procedure and we felt in safe hands. It was very easy to book the appointment and we felt reassured that if needed, he would be available for any follow up. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Booking the appointment to see Dr Pierini was easy and there was good availability, which was ideal to avoid delays.

Dr Pierini was fantastic in all aspects. As a nervous mum, he was warm and welcoming and put me at ease as much as possible. He was hugely informative and his treatment was swift and effective.

The information online regarding Dr Pierinis tongue tie treatment was a great comfort ahead of the appointment, especially the video.

Whilst we have thankfully not had any complications following my newborns treatment, we were provided with all of the information we would need should we have any concerns.

I can see why people travel far and wide to visit Dr Pierinis clinics, and would certainly recommend him and the facilities at the North Cotswold Hospital to my family and friends.

Being provided with a private room to finish feeding my baby was a lovely touch and there was ample free parking available which minimised stress.

All in all it made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible and I am grateful for the care provided by Dr Pierini and the benefit this will have given my son for the future.

I didn’t get the chance to have my appointment so I can’t review based on that. But my review is coming from my experience with the rude and unpleasant receptionist who wasn’t interested in my enquiry from the second she picked up the call. I phoned the Cheltenham number. If I’m planning on paying £90 for a hayfever injection, I expect to at least have a pleasant conversation with the person booking me in. I’ll take my money and my custom elsewhere, to somebody that sounds as if they are half interested and who isn’t huffing and puffing at me down the phone.

Very good. Seen promptly in pleasant surroundings. GP was welcoming, caring and anxious to solve my problem. I would highly recommend this service for people having difficulty getting an appointment with NHS GP. I was able to arrange consultation at Spa for the same day.

Following on from my son’s tongue tie appointment today, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the service we received.

From the lovely lady who booked us in, our appointment with Dr Steve Pierini to the receptionists who helped us with paperwork as we left, our experience was incredible.

Dr Pierini was kind, informative and put us at ease throughout the procedure, leaving us feeling like we’d made the right decision to come for treatment with yourselves.

My appointment with Dr Pierini was excellent. I was not rushed and was thoroughly listened to. The doctor was very genuine and caring. He offered personalised and common sense advice, rather than giving me generic, one size fits all treatment, which I have received from my NHS GP on the rare occasion I actually get to see them.

I was so pleased with my appointment, I am going to encourage my friend who has been having health issues, which have not been resolved, to come to Spa Medical for a second opinion.

I would absolutely visit again and also in future will bring my son should he need a doctor.

I visited Spa Medical today, and I would highly recommend. Dr O'Loghlan is probably the best Doctor I've ever seen. She was very professional, highly empathic and gave me excellent advice. The surgery itself is in a lovely, clean & tidy building; I was given a choice of appointment times to pick from on any day or time of my choosing. You can't put a price on your health, so if you're in a spot of bother I highly recommend Spa Medical Cheltenham.

I would just like to say how delighted I was with the service I received at your practice this morning.

Right from an initial cheery welcome from your Receptionist, through and during my HGV medical appointment, there was a very professional and friendly atmosphere running throughout.

This was my first visit to the Spa Private Medical practice, situated close to the Cheltenham Race Course. For sure, it will not be my last.

What a refreshing difference the welcome made, coupled with such kind care and attention when attending a Doctor’s appointment.
