Disappointed with my manicure here. Failed to remove my prior BIAB properly when my regular beautician can do it and applied gels which were lumpy. My nails weren't even filed down properly. It's disappointing to book an appointment as a treat and feel let down. Admittedly I didn't book for removal, however I cancelled my pedicure to give them plenty of time.

I booked a pregnancy massage and would thoroughly recommend for all the mamas to be. Katie my therapist was lovely, and did an amazing job at easing the pressure I have been feeling on my shoulders and lower back. I left feeling so relaxed and really well looked after.

I’ve had a few massages and facials here by both Katie and Paige and everytime was so enjoyable and relaxing. The girls are lovely and made me feel so welcome and comfortable especially when I was pregnant. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Used to go for massages all the time, but this place disappoints time and time again. I booked and paid for facials for me & my mum, only to turn up on the day and there be no booking for us! They already had my money, which I had to prove by showing the transaction on my bank account. We were promised a refund plus the original treatment from the spa, which the centre manager then decided he wouldn’t allow!
Massages are always cut short, even though they are always late to get you in the room, then leave you in there for a very long 10 minutes to get changed and onto the bed, which really only really takes 2 minutes. All the while cutting into your treatment time. There was only one therapist good enough at massage, (Paige) the others basically just give you a back rub. They also reallocate you different therapists as and when they feel like it, despite me specifically booking Paige.
The car park surface is so uneven, and the lights are always out; I fell over one evening and hurt my hip. The centre was not interested at all and in fact, accused me of lying. I’ve had problems with my hip for the last 18 months since I fell over in their car park, and haven’t returned since.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a massage and facial here the other day with Katie, and I felt so well looked after and truly pampered! I loved that Katie checked what pressure I'd like, and then also throughout the massage! Perfect treatments, I'll be going back!

Have been going for nearly year now both personally and with clients who always love there time as spa too. Staff are so friendly and do fantastic treatments. Could easily spend my whole day there having endless treatments.friendly, welcoming, help with any issues during massages. So great had my hen party there day before wedding, everyone enjoyed themselves. So much so those that don't normally enjoy book everytime they are in the area.

Im 7 months pregnant and due to a number of pregnancy pains booked a prenatal relaxing massage. From the moment I walked into the spa door I felt I was somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle of Epsom. The experience was extremely relaxing and Rosie was great at relieving the aches. Will be back for more!

I planned a rare day out with my daughter but sadly I didn't have a very good experience. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment as advised, but was told that the spa didn't open until 11 so to take a seat in the cafe. Just before 11 we went upstairs to find the spa was all open so we probably could have been there filling in our forms. They said people normally wait outside the door!

We were sent into the relaxation area to complete pre treatment forms, even though there are chairs and a table in the reception area. The relaxation room was dimly lit and it was difficult to complete the forms.

When the therapists came they asked us to leave our belongings in the relaxation room which we thought was strange but they said it was fine.

I had my treatment which was ok, the massage was good, the facial was quite quick and didn't feel as thorough as other facials I've had before and didn't smell like Elemis products.

I was told to get dressed and then to go back to the relaxation room where I would be shown to the changing room. I asked if I had to get my own clothes on again as I expected a robe. I'd brought my own in case, but it was in the other room. The therapists said yes I had to get dressed which seemed odd as I had oil on from the massage.

I dressed and returned to the relaxation room alone, and was shocked to see another lady was in there waiting for her treatment. All our belongings were on the sofa and she was sitting on a bed trying to complete her form. She remarked that it was strange to see handbags etc left unattended!
I complained to the two girls who were making up my room and they apologised and said we should not have been told to leave them there. Surely they should have been seen when they sent the lady in there. Although to be fair we were just told to go through the door when we arrived, so maybe no one went in with her either!

I then waited about 15 minutes for my daughter as my treatment had finished early. When she came through she was wearing a robe and had flip flops on! Her therapist asked where mine was, I said I was told to get dressed. She fetched me a bag and I had to put the flip flops on before I could go into the spa. Inside the bag was a small faded pale green towel ,flip flops and a grey robe with no belt. My daughter said her massage and facial was really good and she was very happy with her treatment and therapist.

We changed and used the jacuzzi until a man entered it, and briefly used the steam room although there was another man lying all along one side. The spa area was cold, bare and there was a broken vent lying on the floor with the screw alongside it. There was no music or atmosphere. The door didn't shut from the public changing rooms to the spa so anyone could wander in although you had a wristband to wear. We then went to the relaxation room to 'relax' but there were other people there filling in their forms so we just ended our visit.

The price is very good, but don't expect a spa experience. Hopefully they will rethink where they ask clients to fill in forms to preserve the relaxation area, and consider security of belongings and customer service.
