My biomechanic assessment with Glen went above and beyond my high expectations. The use of technology combined with the hands on, holistic, and personable approach ensured that I had a comprehensive understanding of how my feet realted to the rest of my body. Fascinating stuff! I left feeling reassured that what I consider my "ugly" , de-bunioned feet are functioning well for a woman my age. I would highly recommend this friendly clinic.

I have never encountered worse service in my life. I called the clinic to find out what insoles they make and asked them to come and have a look to decide if they are right for me (since they are very different in every clinic, and by the way, their prices for insoles are 400-450 pounds just for the insoles themselves, not including the consultation). I am ready to pay if I know what I am paying for and it is normal to see what they offer before paying such a large sum. When I asked to show a photo or come and have a look, they said that it was impossible. Despite all my attempts to find out information about what I would be paying for and whether it was right for me, I was refused and then they sent me away in plain text, saying that it would be better for me to find someone else. I was simply shocked, I do not understand the reason for such an attitude. Only charlatans can behave like this if they take money only for something that the client cannot even find out. In 30 years of life I have never encountered such an attitude and have never written negative reviews, because I understand that maybe it was just a difficult day or the conversation did not go well, but I'm sorry, such behavior deserves that other people know about it and do not give their money to charlatans. They apparently have something to hide, because a normal specialist can always tell and show what he is selling. Beware of this clinic.

The osteoarthritis in my ankle was causing me tremendous problems. At times the pain seemed almost unbearable. I had even been given morphine but at its worst that hardly touched the pain and I was beginning to think that I would have to give up work as walking was just so difficult. I had been advised that the only option was surgery but a blood condition meant that surgery came with a large risk attached. I met with Glen who conducted a thorough assessment of my ankle, walking and standing positions. He identified the cause of the pain and put in place a plan to reduce the pain by raising my foot slightly and strengthening the muscles around my foot. After only a few months the pain had reduced significantly. All thoughts of surgery have been put back. Glen was realistic from the start. I knew that I would never be pain free but what he has done is help me to get back to walking and cycling by significantly reducing the pain. Thank you to Glen.
