I want to say a massive thank you to Verity who submitted my right to choose referral in October 2024 for an ADHD assesment. I had my assesment yesterday and they have confirmed I do have ADHD. Previously the doctor said it was OCD, anxiety and depression and made me feel like i was making it up in my head but Verity listened to me and supported me. Im so grateful for her doing the referral, as i now can start the correct medication that i should be taking and maybe have a better future. Thank you again Verity your a superstar.

Never had any problems with this surgery since I joined over 3 years ago. Doctor and nurses kind and courteous. Easy to book same day appointment (as long as you phone very early). I would say better than my previous surgery - Carisbrooke surgery. Recommended.

It's not until you move away from Dr Ghani do you realise how bad she is in her role.

I've had so many health issues that could have been healed far quicker if she had known her job.

For instance, in 2018 I got Lymne Disease, even though I showed her the bullseye she told me that I had eczema and migraines. If I'd of listened to her I'd be dead by now. Thankfully I didn't and I followed advice from other experts. One dose of Doxycycline and all was good. Still, I had six months of hell and received absolutely no care from Dr Ghani

Roll on four years. I got diagnosed(at hospital) with high blood pressure, she didn't care. She gave me the worst advice ever and even told me that I was completely wrong and so was the consultant and that high BP is asymptomatic. It's not. I feel every rise of my BP and so do many others that I've spoken to since.

I got booted from the surgery, probably because I was getting my answers directly from the consultant and making her look stupid, I went to another Doctor surgery and for the last year I've had the absolute best treatment.

Avoid Dr Ghani at all costs, especially if you value your health.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this surgery is absolutely vile. Disgusting treatment from reception. The members of staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves with how they treat their patients. Rude, disrespectful and downright horrible. We will be reporting for gross negligence to PALS and NHS Constitution.

I have had to use this doctors quite a few times and have always received the best care. The reception team are so friendly and always happy to listen. I've never had any trouble booking appointments and when I have seen the nurses or doctors they've been patient and have provided great care.
Very happy that I changed to this surgery.

Avoid at all costs. I went to the doctors a number of times for different symptoms, at one point was even told it was likely I had health anxiety after losing my mum to cancer. By the time I was referred for a scan I had stage 4 cancer.

Worst doctors ever! The doctors attitude is disgusting, doesn’t think to tell you you have an ovarian cyst because it’s nothing to be worried about! 🙄 years and years of being told I just have bad periods when really it’s pcos. Being told my knee pain was just growing pains (they don’t even exist) I actually have a displaced pelvis. Continuous pain and having scans for them to tell me it’s nothing. I’m sick and tired of these people telling me there’s nothing wrong with me, when there clearly is otherwise why am I in pain? ABSOLUTELY USELESS. The nurse is wonderful though, maybe she should be made head doctor seeing as she actually listens to your concerns.

If you're a worker your be palmed off. I waited 6 months to go in for an injury that wouldn't clear up, to be told to come back in another 6 weeks. I'm at my witts end with my arm and now. I won't be going back. Any time iv gone there I'm palmed off. Sick and tired of the so called service
