Starting using their private practice, initially it was organized and the administration was ok. Now its just awful, you cannot get to speak to them on the phone anymore, 100% always to voice mail. The online form is useless as they do not monitor or respond to it or voice mail.

Shame, the doctors were ok - just very badly let down, by the age old sickness in the NHS - chronically poor administration and backend. My advice avoid - if you need private service use a well established larger operator, you will not get the run around, exactly the reason i went private in the first place, if you want to avoid wasting your time. Disappointed.

Had my covid-19 vaccination here 12 months ago and year before was well laid out and organised. Went in for one today, there was a queue of people. Checked in. As soon as I was called for the appointment, rude, impolite staff. Said I was under 65 and not vulnerable. Simply if you checked my health record you would have seen otherwise. Just turned away and questioned by two nurses, not checking my record. Felt uncomfortable, everyone was looking at me. No jab, waste of journey. Booked to have at my chemist instead. Service did say covers over 18.

Went for the Covid-19 booster. The appointment was for 11.30. Arrived a few minutes early and there was a long queue outside. The queue moved very slowly and I was seen about 12:10. It seems that many people were booked in for the same time. Thankfully, it was not raining. I cannot understand the logic of booking in many people for the same time, especially as most were over 75 or under 75 with health issues.

I had arranged to have an 'extended access telephone appointment' in order to get the results of the blood tests done by my own surgery. I was contacted by the doctor who discussed the results and then called me back to offer a face to face appointment that day so that he could prescribe the medication I needed quickly. I was very impressed by his caring compassionate attitude and his total empathy. If all the doctors at this practice are as good and kind Hampden Park is very lucky! Thank you.

I took my 87 year old Mum for her first Covid vaccine this morning. The whole process was very well-organised and efficient and every single person we encountered was so patient, kind and friendly. You're doing a great job, Hampden Park Health Centre: thank you!

The health centre sent a taxi to pick us up. We went there but we didn’t get a vaccine thanks to the rude, impolite, unprofessional staff! The taxi took back us home then! Just waste of time!

They opened a Walk in centre, advising that everyone should go and get the vaccine, they advised that Pfizer second dose should get it between 3 weeks and 12, I went there I told them I had my first one 5 weeks ago and they said that I can't have the second before 12 weeks? While in London they give you the second dose after 4 weeks? Why the rules apply different? It was a waste of my time.
The rules should apply the same in every centre.
