I found Sarah while looking for holistic treatment for neck and shoulder pain, from which painkillers were providing only temporary relief. Had a consultation with Sarah, who is a very knowledgeable and caring person and really puts you at ease. I booked a course of reflexology, which I recently completed, and it has certainly helped me both physically and mentally - I now feel in a much better place as a result.

I had a distant healing session with Sarah and it was pure bliss! I could connect & feel the energy moving through me which was wonderful! After the session Sarah sent a very insightful reading of what she intuited during the session & she was absolutely spot on with this. We were on holiday nearby and needed some TLC - I spotted Sarah by chance and feel so blessed that we found her - meant to be! We both had a wonderfully relaxing treatment with Sarah - I'm still feeling the benefits of my massage, both physically and mentally a week later! I highly recommend a visit to her peaceful sanctuary of a treatment room - she is a gifted healer and a vey special soul - we will certainly be booking another treatment when we are in area again - I only wished we lived nearer! ?

I found Sarah on line and decided to book a reflexology session. Sarah was very welcoming snd the room relaxing , it felt safe. Time was taken over my medical and emotional details. The actual treatment was blissful and Sarah talked through the treatment afterwards.
It was meaningful and wonderful. I decided to book a course of six which was also excellent value.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah as a practitioner and fully intend to continue seeing her.

I found Sarah’s website by chance whilst spending a couple of days in Bridlington…my partner was going to play golf, and I felt like having a relaxing massage…After talking through my ‘relaxation needs’ with Sarah; she suggested I tried Reflexology …it definitely was a great choice…relaxing, refreshing, and helped me have the best night sleep that I desperately needed!
I would definitely recommend Sarah and her treatments…carried out in a lovely airy, safe and calming environment…I felt completely safe in Sarah’s hands.
I wish I was staying longer to allow further treatment sessions, but hope to find a similar therapist nearer home to continue my relaxation ?
