I had a lovely head and back massage 💆🏼‍♀️ Beth was very welcoming and knowledgeable about some other treatments to help with my chronic pain.

A fantastic and relaxing massage by Beth followed by Reiki. It is a lovely warm and relaxing environment, and I thoroughly recommend it, and if you haven't tried it yet, please do the Reiki, Beth is wonderful at this.

I can not recommend Beth enough to anyone.I had reflexology and a Indian head massage with back,neck and shoulders absolutely amazing.i can not wait to go back and have more treatments I always feel relaxed and amazing afterwards the surroundings are lovely and peaceful I love having time to myself.Beth always makes me feel comfortable and at ease she knows exactly what she is doing.I suffer with fibromyalgia and Beth used the perfect pressure to relax me.give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Beth was amazing! I had pregnancy reflexology with her, and it was so soothing, relaxing, and I jumped up afterwards with loads less discomfort than I had going in! The whole experience was lovely, and Beth took her time to explain what she was looking at and what she was going to do within the treatment. The products she used smelled divine, and I’m pretty sure I nodded off for a second, I felt so genuinely calm during the session. Will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you so much, Beth!
