I have seen Dr Huo for over 10 years now for back/shoulder and neck pain. He has been brilliant and professional every time. His massage, acupuncture and suction cup techniques are first class. I can always trust him in relieving my pains straight away after the treatment. I have tried different practitioners over the years and Dr Huo is simply the best. His charges are reasonable too. I strongly recommend him.

Complete scam. I went there a few times and spend at least hundreds of pounds. She treated me while looking up solutions in book. Also she burned my skin while doing acupuncture and left a big scar on my back. My symptoms were obviously beyond her capability but she did not inform me and treated me anyways. Same happened to my friend. This is not a real professional Chinese clinic, just some clinic with entry-level knowledge of Chinese medicine.

I can’t reply to their reply so I’ll just add my response here. I went there two years ago with my friend. We both have payment history as proof. However, I’m not posting proof of payment or picture of my scar because I don’t want to expose my identity. The scar is still on my back after two years, even bigger than my surgery scar. During my treatment with the lady, she was very unsure of how to treat my symptoms, yet still decided to perform experimentally. My symptoms are not rare, it’s the commonly-seen lumbar disc protrusion. I’m only writing this review to express my own experience as reference for people who want to go in the future.

Further response (28/6/2024): According to the current owner’s reply, she left already. No need to get defensive, if you are innocent, you are innocent. She knows what she did. Up until today, I can see a huge star on my lower back, next to the tiny scar from actual surgery. Hundreds of pounds in exchange for the biggest scar on my body, don’t blame me for being enraged.
