I first met Emma when she began to help me using her amazing Manual Lymphatic Drainage skills on me. After a mastectomy I still suffered quite badly with swelling and feeling ‘clogged up’ quite a lot and not knowing what to do. Emma straight away made me feel at ease, comfortable & relaxed. It’s obvious to tell Emma knows her stuff & is one of a kind with her amazing personalised tailored treatments. I have since been to one of Emma’s retreats & wow! I tried lots of new things & left feeling totally calm & at peace. This week I had the autumnal ‘warm & cozy’ treatment which was absolutely magical I cannot highly recommend Emma enough. I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Emma for my amazing Myofascial Release Therapy Treatment. I cannot put into words how talented this lady is. I have been struggling for years with tension and pain in my back, neck and shoulders and Emma worked her magic with a combination of dry cupping, breathwork, hot stones and stretching to totally transform my body. I have never felt so relaxed, so calm and so happy in myself. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try this treatment. Emma is so welcoming, kind and professional and will make you feel at ease. You will love it.

I had a fabulous massage yesterday by Emma. She put me at ease immediately. I had cupping for an old shoulder injury and then a relaxing massage with reiki. I fell asleep as I was so relaxed. I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. Especially my feet. Amazingly they feel so much better today, as does my niggly shoulder. Emma talked me through some worries, which helped and I slept very well last night too. I can’t recommend Emma highly enough. A plus was I got to meet Emma’s gorgeous dog, Arthur. He let me stroke and cuddle him. All in all a fabulous experience. From feeling anxious and quite uptight to feeling calm, relaxed and that I can cope with life. A massive thanks.

Had the most amazing private sound bath session with Emma. She included a somatic massage & cranial release to fully induce the parasympathetic nervous system and used a combination of different techniques including gongs, tuning forks, rain stick, zaphir chimes and sound bath crystal bowls Felt so relaxed and loved every second of it. Can’t wait to do this again ?

Myself & my husband had a couples massage with Emma. Throughout, she was so professional & knowledgeable. My husband had been suffering with sciatica and pain from a previous knee injury which occurred 2 years ago. He had dry cupping with his massage and he hasn't actually been in pain with his sciatica since. His knee also feels the best it has in years. He said he feels like a new man! I wanted a massage to relax and de-stress. Not often as a mum of 3 do I get the time to just switch off and Emma created a space where I could do just that. Having had previous massages before, I can honestly say that Emma is the best. In the weeks following my massage, I was the most productive I'd been in a long time. My body and mind felt so energised and refreshed, like I'd had a reboot. I usually suffer with fatigue and aches & pains but I had so much energy and no pain. I really cannot recommend Emma enough & we can't wait to get booked in again!

I regularly attend Emma's classes, yoga at Moon Coffee, meditation at Buddha Barn as well as sound baths and retreats. Emma goes above and beyond to produce classes that are unique. She puts in so much hard work and the dedication and love for her job is clearly evident. Emma manages to add so many layers to her practice and each time it's a beautiful experience.
