Sian creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere in both the pregnancy and baby yoga classes. I cannot recommend her classes highly enough if you are looking for a nurturing, relaxing space to move your body (and your baby's), relax your mind, and get to know new people. Baby yoga also includes delicious home made cakes which is a lovely touch!

I love Sian's baby yoga classes - I look forward to them every week. She creates such a warm, compassionate space, and the opportunity to talk as a group about how our week has been is truly invaluable. My son knows the songs now and loves doing them at home too. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Sian's brilliant yoga classes since 2013 when I joined for the Pregnancy classes, I then came back for the baby yoga classes, then another Pregnancy and so another round of baby yoga and then was lucky enough to secure a place in the General yoga class - quite the feat as these get booked up fast and no one leaves until, well, they leave Bristol (and in the case of one of the lovely ladies in my class, some even come weekly when they have left Bristol... that is how fantastic Sian Snow is as a teacher and all round lovely human).

During all the mad 'Covid Years' Sian continued to support and provide all of us 'Snowgi's' with our weekly classes online and even did some online workshop classes during that period too. These workshops have now become a regular occurrence and I highly recommend booking on to experience the extra time with Sian and all the lovely things that are added in, as well as the specific focuses that are given to each workshop - look on the website to see the variety that is offered such as seasonal and Menopause themes - and there is also time given to tea, cake and chat at the end of the workshops...homemade cake I might add which are always delicious... (so much so that a few of us have mooted the idea of having another baby JUST to get our chops around some of the cake that is lovingly provided at the end of each of the baby yoga classes).
I recently went to the Menopause workshop and found this a lovely experience, Sian facilitates a very safe space where some brilliant conversations and knowledge sharing happens alongside chosen yoga postures to benefit the specific theme of each workshop. There is written word spoken and shared by Sian and always a giggle or two, and sometimes even a tear both of the sad and happy kinds.

I cannot recommend Snow Yoga highly enough - whatever mood, physical state or headspace you are in you are welcomed and supported in just the way you need each week. I have met with and befriended some wonderful women via these classes too and they have seen me through some pretty dark times and thankfully also some pretty wonderful times too. It really does feel like we are in the 'fold' of a family being a Snow Yoga Yogi and we all have Sian to thank for that so THANK YOU SIAN 😊

P.S Snow Yoga also has some pretty cosy and comfy merch that is a must buy available both at class or on the website so you can get kitted out for all seasons, mine even come on holidays with me!

I've adored going to Sian's baby yoga classes for the past 4 months. She creates such a lovely space for everyone to share their journeys, and she is a Wikipedia for baby tips! The classes are very enjoyable for babies with lots of songs and movement. Oh and the cake is always outstanding ✨

Sian is a pillar of the community - I had a wonderful time in her pregnancy yoga group and then baby yoga group. Going to her classes you feel that she really hears you and wants to help you and always come away from the class feeling better from how you felt going in.
I feel I know so many people in this area because of Sian's classes so it's been a really important part of my pregnancy and maternity leave.
The classes are a great place not only to move your body and find the right stretches for you but also to crowdsource advice and reassurance about all aspects of life with/expecting a new baby.
Sian is so warm and kind and funny, I challenge anyone to not enjoy her classes!

Sian’s yoga classes are so amazing. She makes everyone feel welcome and special. Sian’s always offering adaptations for people who have injuries, things they find hard or things they just don’t fancy doing on that day! She has loads of knowledge on women’s health which she shares generously. I go into a class feeling exhausted and come out ready to face life again. Thanks for all you do Sian
