Gone downhill and recently I have moved away to dispense my private prescriptions.

I had dealt with them for 4 years and I have been looked after by Rupi. The service was excellent. Rupi was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Unfortunately Rupi left them and the replacement is not as smart or as helpful. Prices have gone up unnecessarily, too, making the prices of my medication the highest on the market if purchased via Smartway. Luckily, they are not the only suppliers in the country and it is frankly their loss if they don't look after their existing clients and are equally loyal.

Horrible staff. I've paid for my prescription, only recented 2 lots due to restrictions on the amount I can get in a month.
No problem, since I was told to call them after a month. Which is what I did.
Had a horrible rude women try to tell me it hasn't been a month (It had be and I tried to tell her then) she refused, told me not to bother them again for a few weeks.
I'm now late on taking my medication, I don't know what I'm supposed to do

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We placed an order with them, paid in full, to later find they were unable to fulfill the order, strung us along for weeks claiming this or that, totally unprofessional. Then I would call them to find out what the latest was and when they weren’t lying to me they were putting down the phone down on me, telling me they were away on lunch (from 12:30 - 15:00) or that the account manager was in a meeting. I would not recommend to anyone and I think the bad reviews will soon follow.

Totally unprofessional, as per the previous reviewer, they took my money after I placed an order with them, and was ghosted for weeks thereafter, people at the office putting the phone down on me became common. Not to be trusted.
