My experience of treatment was a really good one. I don’t know the full outcome of the treatment yet exactly but I know something has changed and I am really hoping it’s for the best. I know the treatment was never going to cure me completely but the small changes I seem to be experiencing are worth it fully. Carmen especially was amazing. She spoke to me through every session (you can do other things like read or listen to something) but we chatted. It was really enlightening and she gave me some tasks to do whilst away from treatment to help with my self-esteem and self-confidence. She was also very reassuring if I had any questions or worries about the TMS treatment. I am grateful for that. I do feel more positive not 100%, but no one will ever be 100%. So, as it stands I would recommend this TMS treatment and hope it continues to make an improvement to my mood 🙂

Long-term patient. I've had 3-4 practitioners who have all been lovely, always felt that they and SmartTMS as a whole have my best interests first.

If you are unfamiliar with rTMS: for depression (particularly treatment-resistant) it is potentially life changing. It sends my symptoms from extreme severe depression to mild/near totally healthy. For me, it does require maintenance but is by far the most effective treatment for the physiological symptoms of depression I have tried and has a higher likelihood to help than most drugs. I strongly recommend anyone who is struggling with depression (and can afford it) to try it out.

Smart TMS has changed my life. I was battling with a chronic condition and was recommended this treatment by my doctor. I was sceptical of its effectiveness but boy was I wrong!! I had 30 sessions with a regular review of changes in my condition and am happy to say that I am feeling much better. Special shout to Carmen who encouraged me to keep going forward and was available to support me every single session. Her dedication is one of the reason I managed to recover so well.

100% totally waste of time and money the treatment does not work for OCD patients like me Smart TMS Bristol is just a money sucker ,they will take your money even if the treatment does not work ,I didnt get my money back nor did I get a phone call.......worst treatment ever stay away from these money grabbing scammers
