Not been here long but so far every encounter iv had there has been a serious lack of information provided to me.
Recently being diagnosed with a life altering illness that the doctor basically said oh take these drugs come back in 3 months. Not happy with this i end up talking to the manager who books me in with a nurse who was lovely tells my i'm missing a urine sample from my tests which a previous two doctors failed to request from me. Tells me to bring a sample in i get to reception today where the most miserable women barks at me that it needed to be in by twelve for the collection SORRY KAREN BUT YET AGAIN NO ONE TOLD ME get better at properly informing people and stop assuming we are all regulars to the doctors some of us dont go to you and would rather self treat at home and hope for the best rather than waste time with you miserable half job lot.

Feel so lucky that we have such a good doctors surgery in the village. I went online to request an appointment last night, got booked in for 9.00 today.
The doctor I saw was amazing and referred me to a consultant at the hospital. I’ve just had a call and am now booked in there for next Tuesday morning. Great service and gong privately I wouldn’t get seen sooner. Thank you to all at Smallfield surgery 👏

I have been using Smallfield surgery for about 6 months now. Dr Mueller is an extremely good and efficient GP who understands my complicated condition and is proactive in getting me the specialist help I need. The reception staff have been nothing but nice, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for an NHS practice to join. 10/10

I cannot sing Smallfield surgery enough praise. All the staff members are beyond brilliant. The nurses MICHELLE, GILL, PAULA nd DEBBIE are beyond friendly, caring, empathetic, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I recently moved to Smallfield and ended up having an emergency surgery. At my most vulnerable, they supported me as if I were their own family member. The sheer stress of attending wound dressing sessions with a baby used to make me dread the daily hospital appointments but the kind nurses made it a breeze. They would put Cocomelon (kids tv show) for my baby and she would be giggling away whilst they do the dressing. I honestly could go on forever...all I want to say is a BIG THANK YOU from my family and I. You are the bestest 😊 x
