Dea is a fab leader who works so hard for us all, to help us reach our goals. She never fails to understand where we are coming from and the difficulties we all face, as she has been there before and knows the determination it takes. The group is very friendly and never fails to make me feel welcome and never judges when you are having a tough time, they are all there to lift your spirits and help celebrate with you when you achieve the changes you set out to make. Best of all we never fail to have a laugh and the amount of ideas and inspiration I have taken away from staying to the group meetings has been a massive help.

Losing weight can be a challenge and getting the right support is very important. I can't recommend Dea and her Westbury classes highly enough she fosters a caring sharing but fun attitude in the group and this has helped me to lose 4 stone and while I'm nearly at target I intend to keep attending to keep the weight off.
