I had 6 skin tags that I wanted to have removed, 2 of which were close to my eye and so I booked a consultation to see if it was safe for me to do at this clinic. At the consultation, I was told that they could definitely remove all of the skin tags safely and to come back and see her for the treatment. I went back a few days later and when I sat in the chair she said “I can’t remove the ones next to your eye” which were the main ones I wanted removed. She then said that she couldn’t do the other ones on my side as they were too big. She tried one of them on my side, she was zapping the same one for about 20 mins and really caused a lot of trauma to be honest, and I am now left with a scar. She then said she couldn’t do any of them. She also didn’t tell me any aftercare with the skin tag she tried to remove, which was burnt and painful. She told me that I should visit her at the Harley street branch as she’d be able to help me there, I wouldn’t trust her now. She was lovely but wasted my time and left me with a scar, I wouldn’t trust this clinic again.

Excellent service in clinic today by Leanne taking my patch test, clinic was spotless, clean and professional. Awarding only one star as feeling very disappointed as an existing customer to not be able to continue paying for the top up package I have had in the past. The pricing offered now doesn’t seem fair as I only need top ups as a package and unfortunately now can’t include leg laser hair removal as am out priced.

I’ve just started a programme of skin treatments with the clinic and Rebecca is great. However, I just tried to re-arrange an appointment with 4 days notice and they operate a £25 policy for change made within 7 days. Most other clinics offer 24-48 hour cancellation policy so I think that’s really unreasonable. Having researched, the pricing is also better elsewhere so I won’t be booking further treatments here.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this clinic, spending thousands of pounds on various treatments over the years. When it was Destination Skin, the results were amazing, especially with laser hair removal for both body and face. I also regularly enjoyed HydraFacials. However, since they transitioned to Skn Clinics, my experience has significantly declined.

Despite having 8 sessions left, the clinic seemed understaffed, and my treatments felt rushed. I inquired multiple times about skin treatments, as I suffer from comedonal acne, but was repeatedly told they didn’t have anyone trained for these procedures and to check back in '6 months'. It's frustrating that a clinic specializing in skin treatments doesn’t have qualified staff available for skin-related concerns, especially when I reached out on three separate occasions.

It’s disappointing that after spending so much here, I haven’t been offered any discounts or loyalty incentives. It seems like the clinic no longer values long-term customers. I used to love coming here, but sadly, it’s not the same anymore. Would not recommend.

Absolutely appalling. Had a peel which was total waste of time and money. Nil results seen. No peeling or redness. Did complain and was asked to put my concerns in an email, which I did. Nearly two months ago and even after my follow ups. Nothing.
This is so disappointing. I spent £150 on something that did nothing. I was concerned that they were giving me a a very weak peel and I voiced my concerns. Unfortunately I was totally right.
Awful experience but hoped they would rectify the problem. Turns out their customer service is as bad.
