My experience has been incredible so far, and I am seeing amazing results with my laser hair removal. The staff at Sk:n Cheltenham are very friendly and helpful.

There have been a few times I have had to reschedule my appointment, and they are very helpful and fast to find another time that works.

I had scheduled an appointment well in advance to meet with a specific individual. However, upon arriving for the initial consultation approximately a month later, I was informed that the person I had intended to see would not be conducting the appointment. This development was not communicated to me before my arrival, and I find it quite disconcerting.

I find it amusing that 45 minutes after the consultation, I was told about the prerequisites that I should have known before the day of the consultation.

Three quarters of the way through treatment. Holly is great and accommodating and saw results fast, my hair is slightly fair. I’ve gone on to add more treatments. Only draw back if you can’t get through on the phone, you get put through to the main switch board, who aren’t great.
