Jenna was warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the different steps of the hydra facial and kept me informed of what she was doing next. I felt relaxed and the bed was comfy too, and warm! The facial is more of a results driven facial (rather than a relaxing facial) but I felt this treatment was right for me. She was interested in my skin care routine but didn’t try and sell me any products. The salon is clean and comfortable and smells lovely with various Neom diffusers etc. Highly recommend and I plan to return soon.

I have attended a review appointment with Sarah today , the results of the last 3 months was clear to see. My skin improvement is in comparison to night and day. By following the treatment plan agreed at my first appointment has come to fruition, clear, smoother and calm skin. I’m looking forward to seeing more changes in the next 3 months. Excellent advice on the products that could improve my skin, without the pressure to purchase any. Thank you from a lady that struggled with bad skin breakouts as a young adult.

What a treat to see the lovely ladies at skinlab after Xmas! It’s the most welcoming place and I left with beautiful glowing skin! Straight after my last facial somebody guessed my age to be 26 and he couldn’t believe it when I told him I was 41, thanks ladies!!!!

I went in today to have laser treatment for a blood spot on my nose. I was only booked for a consultation and Vicky was able to do the treatment there and then. She was great, ensured that she went through the process thoroughly and made me feel overall really comfortable before, during and after the treatment. I’ll definitely be visiting again for different treatments!
